Creative Career Studio is a place for creative professionals navigating the discovery process of “What’s next for me?”. Recognizing things like the slow drift away from what matters to you, the “who am I if…?” questions and the "there’s gotta be something else" moments that come with being paid to be creative. Through coaching, training, and tools built specifically for creative minds, I help individuals and the organizations that employ them turn uncertainty into direction

Creative Career Studio is a coaching practice for creative professionals who are starting to have that small gut feeling that somethings not quite right. Before any resume polishing and networking comes that whisper that says “I think I want something different”.
You don't need a five-year plan and you don’t need to know what you want to do. Here you get someone to think alongside you while sorting out what's actually going on, turning "I don't know, I'm just stuck" into something with more clarity and direction.
Our sessions don't just talk through your questions, but sketch them, map them, and locate them in the landscape of where the world is going. Drawing on coaching principles, visual thinking, and foresight methods, Creative Career Studio is your well-intentioned co-conspirator in creating and designing what comes next.

This practice serves people in different stages of stuck: when you know the current situation isn't “it” but the direction of the path is right, when you're staying put (for now) but need something more, or when something different, something bigger is calling. Each of these takes different thinking, and none of them are solved by generic frameworks or five-step plans.

Most career coaching wants to give you a formula or system, a 10-step process for landing your dream job. This work draws on my twenty years experience across design, innovation, and futures thinking — not to give you “the answer” but to help you notice which directions feel most worth exploring. The work draws on four disciplines: coaching, visual thinking, futures methods and the innovation expertise I built across two decades in innovation and trend work.
I partner with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that supports them in the discovery of possible directions for their careers. What that means in practice: sessions that combine the support and honest questions of a coach with the drawing, mapping, and future-modeling of someone who's spent a career making thinking visible. When something's stuck in the abstract, we sketch it. When the answer isn't in the current landscape, we look at where the landscape is going.
