WORKING WITH INDIVIDUALS + ORGANIZATIONS
The studio serves two scales of work: individual coaching for creative professionals navigating change and workshops and coaching series for organizations investing in the creative talent inside them. Both draw on the same foundational practice: sessions that combine the honest questions of a real coach with the drawing, mapping, and future-modeling of someone who's spent a career making thinking visible.
Individual coaching starts with the fuzzy, early sense that something isn't working, before you have language for what's next. We start with an Orientation Session to map the shape of your career so far and get specific about where you actually are. From there, ongoing sessions help you notice patterns, find the areas where you’ve got strengths and create new directions to prototype. This isn't advice-giving it's a coaching partnership built to help you find your next step.

Workshops and coaching series for organizations investing in their creative talent.
Most corporate coaching starts with a framework the team is asked to adopt. This practice starts with the actual questions the team has. The four disciplines behind the studio – coaching, visual thinking, futures methods and innovation– combine to help you understand more about your strengths and skills, imagining future directions and ways to experiment and prototype. Doing this as a group helps make this uncertainty feel less lonely and the conversations drive new understanding and possibilities.
My twenty years of work inside large companies means I understand the realities of working within organizational constraints, knowing that things like timing, budgets, and HR systems, however well intentioned, control opportunities more than we’d like. This isn’t about creating a future outside your current company, it’s about exploring your growth potential where you’re at. It’s about avoiding having employees get mad, bitter and stay– a future where no one wins.
Formats include ½ day, full day and 2 day workshops. Based upon your organization’s needs, each workshop will be customized to fit and meet your employees where they’re at.
